December 2025: 300 employees laid off. Zebra Technologies is winding down its autonomous mobile robot business, acquired via Fetch Robotics in 2021, with most staff expected to depart by year’s end. Amazon is cutting 84 jobs in Seattle and Bellevue, affecting engineering, recruiting, software development, and product management roles, with terminations scheduled from February 2 through February 23, 2026. Lusha is reducing its workforce by 8%, about 24 employees, as part of a restructuring focused on growth areas. Tenstorrent has cut 7.5% of its staff, reducing headcount to around 1,000, while shifting focus from enterprise to individual developers. August 2025: 6,302 employees laid off. Cisco will eliminate 221 positions in Milpitas and San Francisco. Restaurant365 laid off about 100 employees, 9% of its workforce. Oracle set to cut 101 jobs in Santa Clara and 161 in Seattle. F5 cut 106 positions in Seattle and Liberty Lake. Peloton will cut 6% of its workforce. Kaltura is cutting 10% of its staff, about 70 employees. Yotpo is laying off about 200 employees, 34% of its global workforce. Windsurf laid off 30 employees and offered buyouts to 200 more. Wondery is cutting 100 jobs.

July 2025: 16,327 employees laid off. Atlassian cut 150 roles in customer service. Consensys cut about 7% of its workforce, 47 employees. Zeen shut down operations. Scale AI laid off around 200 employees and severed ties with 500 contractors. Lenovo plans to cut more than 100 U.S. jobs. Intel is reportedly planning to lay off nearly 2,400 workers in Oregon.
